Where decisions get sharper.
Where leaders stop performing. Where the room does the work no other room can do.
A private, curated leadership experience. Structured for outcome. Protected by the Trailblazer Standard. Built for the leaders who carry the final call.
This is not a dinner.
Most executive events are designed for the host's agenda. The Power Circle is designed for yours.
Every Power Circle session is built around one thing: the pressure the room is actually carrying right now. Not a keynote. Not a panel. Not a sponsored agenda. The conversation is shaped by what leaders in the room are navigating — and it stays there.
The format is intentional. The size is enforced. The Standard governs everything. And when you leave, you carry something specific: a decision that is clearer, a blind spot that is named, or a perspective that changes how you see what is already in front of you.
- ✦A structured peer experience with defined outcomes
- ✦8–12 leaders per session — enforced, not preferred
- ✦Topic-anchored, cross-industry discussion
- ✦Curated seating: every placement is intentional
- ✦Non-solicitation enforced: no one is pitching anyone
- ✦A 48-hour follow-up with the room's collective insight
- ✦A recurring commitment to the same peer group over time
- —A networking dinner with interesting conversation
- —A large event with a VIP table in the corner
- —A single-function or single-industry panel
- —Open seating where seniority creates hierarchy
- —Sponsor-adjacent content in any form
- —An event that ends when you walk out the door
- —A one-time event you buy a ticket to
One of the few places built for the person who carries the room.
Leaders spend much of their lives in public-facing roles. The Power Circle is one of the few spaces created entirely for them — a place where titles matter less than contribution, where thoughtful conversation replaces performance, and where leaders can think out loud among people who understand the responsibility they carry.
Business opportunities may naturally emerge over time. They are never the purpose of the room. The purpose is trust. And trust is where the most valuable opportunities often begin.
- ✦Share openly.
- ✦Ask better questions.
- ✦Reveal real challenges.
- ✦Exchange meaningful experiences.
- ✦Offer insights they would never share in a transactional environment.
How the Power Circle Works
Every Power Circle session has a topic. Not a theme — a specific leadership challenge that members told us they are navigating right now. You receive a one-page pre-read and a single reflection question 48 hours before the session. You don't need to prepare a presentation. You need to think about one thing.
8–12 leaders. Every seat curated by Grace as Chief Curator based on weight equivalence and complementary perspective across industries. The session opens with a 90-second framing — the topic, the Standard, and the ground rule: you are here as a peer, not a speaker. The core of the session is structured peer exchange. No one is put on the spot. No one performs. An SME may step in for 15–20 minutes to reframe, then step back. The session closes with each leader naming one thing they are taking back to their org. Specific. Not inspirational.
Within 48 hours, every attendee receives the Power Circle Recap: the room's collective insight, distilled without attribution. Every perspective shared, synthesized into the output the room produced together. No names. Full intelligence.
The Power Circle is not a one-time event. It is a recurring commitment. Members who attend the same series over multiple sessions build something a single evening cannot: a peer group that knows their leadership history, their decision context, and the way they think. That accumulation is the product.
The most valuable thing about the Power Circle is not what happens at the table. It is what you carry out of it, and what builds between sessions.
Tangible Value, Compounding Returns
Your First Power Circle
- ✦A decision you were carrying alone becomes a decision your peer group helps you carry
- ✦At least one blind spot named by someone who has no agenda
- ✦One specific insight you carry into your next high-stakes conversation
- ✦The experience of a room where no one is performing
After Three Sessions
- ✦A peer group who knows your context, not just your title
- ✦Cross-industry perspective you could not have found inside your own network
- ✦The pattern of what the most effective leaders in the room do differently
- ✦A sense of what your own leadership looks like from the outside
After a Year
- ✦Relationships that do not require re-introduction every time you need perspective
- ✦A recognized ✦ designation that signals how you lead
- ✦A trusted peer infrastructure you activate — not just attend
- ✦The compounded return of shared trust across sectors and functions
Responsive, Not Predetermined
Every Power Circle session is anchored in what leaders in the room are actually wrestling with. The topic is never decided by an editorial calendar — it is surfaced from the room itself.
AI at the decision-making level
Not how AI works, but who owns accountability when AI is in the loop.
Organizational trust in disruption
What leaders do when confidence in the institution is fragile.
Workforce transformation
Leading humans through change they did not ask for.
Succession and transition
Building what comes next without signaling that you're planning to leave.
Political and economic uncertainty
Keeping teams stable when the external environment is not.
The performance of leadership
What it costs, and how the best leaders sustain their capacity.
In six months, this list will look different. The Power Circle format holds any topic the room is carrying. That is the design.
